Wring out winter's sluggishness, reawaken your vitality and renew your commitment to your wellbeing with beginner-friendly yoga led by Zeni, owner of our neighboring yoga studio down Main Street, Pure Bliss Yoga. 

What are the benefits of Spring Yoga?

Aligning to the energy of spring through yoga can boost your immunity, balance emotions, increase healthy circulation, lymphatic flow and metabolism, and enhance the functions of your respiratory and cardiovascular systems. 

What can I expect?

In this all-levels accessible yoga series we will learn alignment for some of the classic yoga postures and movements, incorporate breathing techniques and try them in a few different ways.  

What will I need in order to participate?

For the sessions you will need: A yoga mat, a basic chair (a metal folding chair or some other simple, but sturdy chair is best), 2 yoga blocks (or 2 sealed rolls of paper towels), a yoga strap (or a soft belt/neck-tie) and a yoga/sturdy blanket (or a bath/beach towel). Keeping your camera on during the workshop is encouraged, for a community vibe and support!
