Led by Richard Portugal of Fitness Senior Style. Come join us for a class revolving around proper balance and posture to reduce the chance of falls. Utilizing chair and standing exercises, your entire body and mind will be challenged to become stronger, faster and more creatively alert. With the utilization of light balls and resistance bands, you will reclaim proper balance and strength to more successfully accomplish activities of daily living.
