KICK OFF summer reading this year with help from the Dae Han Taekwondo studio! Watch a demonstration with specialized kicks and stunts while also implementing taekwondo to music. After the demonstration, anyone interested can participate in a short fun taekwondo class, with warm ups, stretching, basic punching and kicks, and lots of exercise.
