The reality is we cannot eliminate stress (even good stress like exercise!) from our lives completely. Certified Health Coach Stacy Budkofsky and Advanced MELT instructor Donna Lorence are teaming up to bring you an evening of stress relief as they offer you tools and suggestions to reduce stress!
